Quinn decided to pick up Harry Potter. For the first couple of chapters he thought it was pretty boring and then on Chapter 3 it turned EPIC! Now he can\’t put it down and has already asked for the next book.

It\’s our last day of Spring Break. Boo hoo!!!
But we did get out and ride our bikes on a trail in Simi Valley. Don & Quinn rode this trail previously with the cub scouts. The trail is a bit industrial but runs along a protected watershed with lots of birds. In fact as soon as we got on the trail there was a goose with a nest full of eggs right below us near the water. The trail is a little bit seedy and a little bit nice.
Then home for a dip in the pool. We\’ve been heating the pool and today it was 87 degrees!
