To round out our music filled weekend, we took a group of kids to see a concert by New West Symphony. They are required to see one concert per quarter and write a 2 page paper for band class. It’s due at the end of October so we wanted to give them a little time to work on it. 1 – kids waiting for the show to begin, 2 – bad angle for 4 blonde moms, 3 – teen selfie.

The show was an interesting mix with 8 guest performers. It ranged from mariachi to Bach.

The teens mostly liked it although it got a little dull at the end.

We finished the night with pizza and ice cream.

A busy weekend but it was filled with friends and music and fun!
