We are sadly counting down the days of summer while we enjoy a couple more days at the pool. On Thursday Don boldy said \”we\’re going to the pool every day this weekend even if it\’s snowing!\”. We had great weather today and enjoyed the morning at the pool. Hopefully we\’ll have more of the same on Sunday and Monday.
I\’m not sure what we would do without Marlini, our housecleaner/babysitter/homemanager/etc/etc. I think that deserves a blog unto itself. But, Marlini is usually at the house 1 or 2 times a week and Quinn LOVES her. He follows her everywhere and she speaks to him exclusively in Spanish. The other morning (when Marlini wasn\’t there) Quinn said Hola and then Hola Marlini just out of the blue. Yeah! In this video, Quinn pushed his highchair in to the foyer and I heard him counting and talking so I decided to catch the action. Enjoy!
Quinn gets ahold of my camera on a regular basis and takes lots of photos. He has the camera so close that the flash just blows out his face. I decided to try a little bit of photoshop magic on one of them and this is the result. This almost reminds me of a shot that his cousin Al might take.
