Maui: Day 2

 There was a storm a brewing when we woke up.

But it cleared up enough for us to enjoy a day at the beach.

Mai Tai anyone?  Don loves to eat the flowers which freaks out Quinn a little bit 🙂

Maui: Day 1

We had a fantastic trip to Maui with lots of R&R.  We stayed on Kaanapali Beach where we have stayed before.  We knew that the beach was great, we could walk to snorkeling, and there were lots of restaurant choices within walking distance too.

Leaving SoCal…

We had a couple of hours before we could check in so we stocked up on groceries before we headed to The Whaler.  We wanted to be ocean front and were we ever.  Our view was beyond spectacular.

A great spot for a Mai Tai and some poke while we enjoy the view.

We will take a week here!!

A glimpse of our Tuesday.
10:15 am:  time to wake up
10:45 am:  sometimes I give stuff to Sonic so he can feel naughty

11:15 am:  taking Sonic to doggy day care

1:00 pm:  waiting for his playdate to arrive

 3:45 pm:  playdate has arrived with his cool older brother

5:45 pm:  swim lessons…working on his backstroke

5:55 pm:  learning the butterfly and having great success (it\’s easier to move both arms at once in the same direction)
