Our 2016 started our pretty quiet and lazy at home, just like we like it.

Don and Quinn did just a wee bit of juicing.

We went to Santa Monica and found a hip little place to have some pho on January 2.  Even though it\’s cold here (60 degrees, brrr) the patio was sunny and warm.

And then it was back to to reality.  None of us were too happy for an early Monday morning.  Quinn came home from school and found his favorite green blankee, his warm buddy pillow, his ipad and crashed on the floor.  Home sweet home.

For our Christmas Card this year I had a friend (and neighbor) take some pics of Quinn.  She is just starting out her photography business and I wanted to support her (and she lives a couple of houses down from us).

I wanted some very simple pics of Quinn (& Sonic) and knew Carmen had a beautiful gray background that would work.  And it worked out perfectly.
