Last Day of Summer Vacation

Here are some scenes from our last day of summer vacation before school started.  Quinn asked if it could be a \”Yes Day\” and I said Yes!
Yellow Breakfast.
We were dogsitting little Lincoln and he was having a great time with Sonic.  They played lots of tug-o-war.   85# vs. 15#.  Sonic would win but always go back for more.

Quinn was in doggy heaven.

Always together.

We went to our favorite sushi place for our last summer lunch.

It was a great YES day!

Scenes from August

Just catching up on photos from August.
While Mae was here we visited Paramount Ranch which is a park and little western town.  A quick, interesting visit.

We also found our way to this spot that I love.  Look one way and you see the ocean and Santa Monica.

Look the other way towards towards the valleys, the 101, and Simi Mountains.

His preferred view.

We surprised Mae with a little birthday cakes and candles.

You might have seen this picture I posted on FaceBook.  A line of ants coming in through the doggy door right up in to the trashcan.  Ants are just one of those things you have to get used to in SoCal.  The drought forces them inside and we deal with them.

And this one has never seen a tree he didn\’t want to climb.

Cubs v. Dodgers

We had such a fun time at the Dodgers game.  There was enough action to keep it interesting and it was close all the way to the end.  The Cubs lost.

Quinn & I enjoyed the game, but it may have been more about the food and drink.  I saw someone walk by sipping a Michelada and I had to get one.  It was as yummy as it looks!

A view from our pretty good seats.

My Cubs Fans.
