Westlake High School had their first football game of the year and the band was ready! Here they are in the quad warming up.

WHS has a new football coach this year and he is working really hard to build community among all the groups including the band. It’s a refreshing change.

We were really surprised to see this new tradition come in to play — each time the football team wins a game, they will stand in front of the band and the band will play the alma mater. It gave me chills. I hope we hear this song alot this season!
