Sick Day

Quinn turned his 3 day weekend in to a 4 day weekend by staying home sick on Friday.  The day started out slow but he was fine by about noon.  Lots of kids sick in his class from the stomach flu to the full blow flu.  So far we have avoided the worst of it.

Quinn has swim practice late in the afternoon so we frequently stop by McD\’s for a Happy Meal for dinner.    This week he was complaining when he saw the \”toy\” was a book.

Then he proceeded to read the whole book and neglect his dinner.

Quinn thought the book was so funny that I should read it, which I did.  I think a version of this has happened in every household around the world.
