Quinn turned 11 months old yesterday! I can\’t believe that our baby is almost a year old. How bittersweet for mama. Q seemed to turn a bit of a corner yesterday being happy and content playing with toys by himself. He was also happy in the stroller while I ran some errands and also walked around the park. He\’s a pretty happy guy, but yesterday I just noticed a difference in him.

For those worrying grandmas, the babygates are up!! We got one at the top of each set of stairs and also latches on a handful of cabinets. It\’s much less stressful for me now too. All I have to worry about are little hands in Darwin\’s water bowl.
